  Hi,

  I am thinkng about have a procedure for the very dark circles around my eyes but I am not sure what is available and what really works.

  The causes for dark circles are many. Excessive fat of the lower lids, deep tear trough, hyperpigmentation of the skin, etc. I would also say that the only way to determine what the cause and therefore what the treatment is by examining the patient during an in person consultation.

  I am 29 yrs old and have one bulge under one of my eyes. Plastic surgeons here in Minnesota say to get profractional laser facials to tighten the skin up. You don’t notice this when I’m heavier but I’m 117 lbs and 5′4. I’m a Esthetician and it really bothers me. I’m not that old! Any advice? Thank you!

  Hello Anastasia,
  There are multiple reasons for a “bulge” under the eye: fat, fluid, skin, etc. The only way for me to see it is via Skype or in person.

  It is possible to purchase products by phone, however we do not recommend it. It’s best to come in person that way we can analyze your skin and make the proper recommendations for you.

  I am in my early 40’s and had Smooth Lipo two days ago and I cannot believe how easy it was! I have wanted to have Lipo for years but feared the idea of surgery. I had Smooth lipo on my knees and inner thighs, areas that have plagued me my entire life. I was awake for the entire surgery and did not feel a thing! I was able to talk to Dr. lorenc throughout the surgery that took less than two hours. I walked 8 blocks home afterwards. I was a little sore but nothing like I expected! it is now two days since the surgery and I am not even taking anything for pain. As far as the results they are remarkable already! There is still some swelling but the saddlebags on my inner thighs are gone and the skin is remarkably tight! Dr. lorenc said it would take 6 weeks to see the final results but I am happy aready. Knowing now how easy the recovery is I am ready to do my arms, outerthighs etc…. I cannot believe that I did not do this sooner.
